Carson 4 months!

Carson bear had his 4 month check today. He weighs in at a whopping 13lbs 11oz! Wow! hahaha. He is in the 25th percentile for weight. He is 24 1/2 inches long. 25th percentile for height. Still just a peanut, but right on track!

They prescribed him a stronger acid reflux med and we will be starting that tomorrow. So HOPEFULLY he can keep some more food down.

He also had to have 3 shots and a drink of something. Boy, did he cry! :( Poor little man!

He is also teething I believe and the doctor thinks so too! He is gnawing on everything! Drooling like its going out of style and kind of crabby. Let the fun begin! HA!

Anyway. There is an update for ya~ If anyone reads this thing..... ;)

Embroidery

Grandma Carrie has been teaching Kimmy how to embroidery. So tonight she is working on a 5 petal flower and wanted me to take some pictures of her.



She is very detailed and she knows how she wants things and will fix them til it looks right.



She is very excited for this project. She told me that its "mine and grandmas project" :)

Kimmy

Kimmy has discovered her newest favorite food. German Pancakes! This kid will fight me for them, and then lick her plate. Haha!

We have been spending a lot of time coloring lately and here is Kimmy peeking over the art easel. :)

Snow Storm.

Well it decided to get pretty cold this week and then snow. So we bundled baby up and went out. He burried himself inthe snow suit and fell asleep. So thats where we left him :)

Jumper.....

So Carson has decided that he is big now and is starting to play with more and more toys. So we dug the jumper out, gave it a good wash and put him in it. Oh man does he love this toy! His little legs move all over the place and he like that the lights turn on when he moves.




Today we put him in after breakfast....which by the way he kept down! ;) Anyway, he bounced for a good half hr and ended up falling asleep. So we took a couple pictures and then I moved him to his crib. :) Silly boy!

Newsboy Hat

So when Carson was born, his uncle Cameron came to see him in the hospital. He brought this little news boy hat, that at the time was way to big and fell clear over his nose when we put it on, well it now almost 4 months later and he has been wearing this hat a lot and its almost to small. So we took some pictures of Carson in it to remember the hat by and it will be a piece of clothing that we don't get rid of :) Enjoy!

Applique~

So mom and I have decided to learn how to applique, and last night I did my first one and I ..... am....... HOOKED! Oh my gosh! How fun is this stuff! Cant wait to do more! I can applique little dinosaurs on Carsons shirts, or make and apron for Kimmers..... Oh the possibilities.

Update on Kimmers

Kimmy and Carson in their matching feetie jammies. She loves her brother and is such a little mom!



This is Kimmy and I Christmas Eve. We got all dressed up and put ribbons in our hair.


She went back to school today and I know she missed it! She is getting really good at her reading and she is a math wiz!

She has been giving lots of hugs and kisses and writing us love notes. I love that she is learning to write more and more words everyday, its so fun to read what she is going to write me.

Update on Caron

Here is daddy feeding Carson some cereal. MMM.... He is the funniest kid... He is such a good spitter, I mean he throws up every ounce of formula we give him, but when he eats his cereal, it all stays down. Whatever works I guess...



I love when he naps on his stomach. He looks like a turtle.... shirt and all. :)
